Maersk Contract Logistics is seeking a Regional Head of People Function for Asia Pacific to lead the regional HR strategy, workforce capability and leadership effectiveness across 15 countries, 270 sites and 21,000 employees and outsourced colleagues.

The role partners with regional leadership to shape organisational capability, drive change and ensure end-to-end HR delivery, including talent management, workforce planning and employee relations across diverse jurisdictions.

• Significant senior HR leadership experience across APAC.
