Job summary

ElevenLabs is scaling its APAC enablement efforts and seeks a first enablement lead to own program architecture, live delivery, and market localization across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and China. You will run biweekly onboarding, adapt global content for APAC markets, and translate technical product details for sellers and customers.

You’ll collaborate with local AE leaders and partners, and join a weekly global team sync.

Qualifications

8–12 years in GTM roles, with 4–6 years in sales enablement.
Experience as first enablement hire for APAC at a US/European software company scaling into the region
Track record building enablement programs from zero: onboarding, ongoing skill development, e-learning, measurement frameworks
Demonstrated ability to localize HQ-produced content for multiple APAC markets
Strong live facilitation skills and stamina for high-frequency delivery
Business fluency in English; Japanese/Mandarin/Korean a plus

Responsibilities

Own full-stack enablement for APAC across markets.
Run biweekly onboarding—5 to 6 live sessions per cohort.
Localize global content for APAC markets and coordinate translation.
Explain product and API concepts to sellers and customers as a technical translator.
Collaborate with Partner Enablement Lead to roll out programs.
Work with global team and attend weekly syncs.
