Job summary

Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Technical Enablement Lead for the JAPAC region to design and scale high-impact onboarding programs. You’ll ensure new hires gain deep product knowledge, master customer engagement methodologies, and complete capstones, while updating curriculum in real-time to reflect rapid AI changes.

You will crowdsource SMEs across JAPAC/globally, building a sustainable framework that elevates field readiness and drives long-term customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience with software development using Python or similar languages.
• Experience taking AI-driven solutions from conception to launch on cloud platforms.
• Experience building data pipelines for structured/unstructured data using advanced architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and scale high-touch technical onboarding programs for AI products.
• Coordinate curriculum and materials for in-person and e-learning formats.
• Collaborate with global SMEs to keep training aligned with evolving AI technologies.
• Enable field teams by providing structured training and expert guidance.
