Job summary

ElevenLabs in Singapore is seeking an Adoption Strategist to drive scalable enablement and activation programs for enterprise and mid-market customers. You will design onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, and playbooks to activate core use cases and expand into new ones at scale.

As a product expert for ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, you’ll audit prompts, configurations and feature setups, track adoption metrics, and partner with Revenue Operations to shape data-driven strategies

Qualifications

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book.
