Job summary

PayPal Singapore is hiring a Director to join the Go To Market team for International Markets. Based in Singapore, you will translate strategy into commercial action and partner across functions to deliver execution plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams, evaluating investments and negotiating with external partners to deliver large complex partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or tech company.
• Executive presence and ability to lead discussions with senior cross-functional leaders.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into commercial action and build execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution between Sales, Product, Consumer, Marketing and other functions.
• Partner with APAC leads to evaluate in-year investment trade-offs.
• Lead negotiations with external partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Develop and execute a business strategy to drive revenue growth and global market expansion.
• Align product and business levers (pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and expansion.
