Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Director to join the Go To Market team supporting International Markets based in Singapore.

In this role you translate strategy into commercial action, lead cross‑functional execution across Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance, and partner with APAC leads to deliver results.

The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience and executive presence, and offers a balanced hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

• Executive presence to engage senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into commercial action across regions
• Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance
• Partner with APAC leads to evaluate in-year investment trade-offs
• Navigate trade-offs and deliver measurable results
• Align pricing and FX to maximize revenue and expansion
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams on solutions
