Job summary

Mercuri Urval in Singapore is seeking a Regional Consulting Lead (Growth Strategy) to spearhead growth, commercial, and go-to-market engagements across APAC. You will advise senior stakeholders, own end-to-end projects, and help grow client relationships and regional business.

The role requires strong APAC experience, a proactive business-development mindset, and the ability to lead cross-border teams while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in strategy or marketing; advanced studies preferred.
• Proven experience in growth, commercial or go-to-market strategy in consulting, agency, or consumer-focused org.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing and commercial strategy; B2B exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of growth, commercial and go-to-market engagements across APAC.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide practical strategic advice.
• Manage full project lifecycle from proposal to final delivery.
• Structure complex business issues and translate insights into recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and support new business development.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
• Strengthen consulting methodologies and ways of working as the business grows.
