Job summary

Uhlmann Group is seeking a Regional Growth Director APA to accelerate sustainable growth across the Asia-Pacific region from Singapore. You will drive direct sales, distributor networks, and service expansion while translating regional needs into actionable business initiatives.

You will lead multi-country growth efforts, manage key customer engagements, and collaborate with global functions to shape the APA strategy and roadmap toward a larger market footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of international commercial leadership experience.
• Proven track record in driving growth across multiple countries in Asia-Pacific.
• Experience leading direct sales organizations and distributor networks.
• Strong background in capital equipment, industrial automation, packaging, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth strategy aligned with long-term objectives in APA.
• Drive direct sales growth, manage distributor networks, and expand service business.
• Leverage installed base for service upgrades and recurring revenue opportunities.
• Identify regional market trends and tailor portfolio, pricing, and localization.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Product Management, Service, Operations, and regional teams.
• Deliverables include growth in order intake, pipeline quality, and service expansion.
• Report to the Vice President Global Sales and manage local APA teams.
