APAC Growth BD Lead — Performance Advertising

Job summary

Tencent is seeking a driven senior BD/sales leader to spearhead acquisition of performance advertising clients in APAC markets outside mainland China. You will own regional revenue, build pipelines, and lead a cross-functional team to scale overseas sales capabilities.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to align client needs with product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in overseas performance advertising sales or business development.
• Experience owning APAC markets outside mainland China with regional quota responsibility.
• Strong leadership and the ability to coach and grow a BD team.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC growth strategy (ex-mainland China) and define go-to-market plans.
• Build and manage a multi-channel sourcing engine to scale advertiser pipelines.
• Lead executive relationships and drive high-quality client meetings and deals to closure.
• Own creation and delivery of sales pitches and negotiate contracts to onboarding.
• Help build overseas sales systems, playbooks and repeatable processes.
