Tencent is seeking a senior business development leader to spearhead APAC (ex-mainland China) growth in performance advertising. You will own the go-to-market plan, build a scalable client pipeline, and lead a regional sales team across Mobile Games, Apps, and other advertisers.

You will manage full sales cycles, negotiate terms, and onboard clients while shaping overseas sales systems and playbooks. Travel across the APAC region is expected as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in overseas performance advertising sales or business development.
• Entrepreneurship: thrives in a 0-1 environment with ambiguity and ownership.
• Leadership: experience building/leading a BD/sales team or revenue-responsible unit.

Responsabilidades

• Own the APAC (ex-mainland China) growth strategy and go-to-market plan.
• Build and manage a multi-channel sourcing engine to scale advertiser outreach.
• Win and own executive relationships and communicate value of overseas solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from pitches to contract signing and onboarding.
• Help build overseas sales systems, CRM discipline, and repeatable processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Product, and Engineering to meet client needs.
• Drive ecosystem synergy by partnering with other international-expansion units.
