SUBWAY SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager, Analytics & Insights APAC to lead the regional analytics function.

You will turn sales, marketing, operations, and franchise data into actionable insights, partnering with business teams to drive profitability and data-driven decision-making. You will build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and BI tools, delivering executive-ready analyses and performance updates for APAC and global leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in consulting, business, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with SAS, R, or Python and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, profitability, pricing, and operations data to deliver actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into analyses and forecasts.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and BI tools for leadership and franchisees.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and data-driven recommendations to support decisions.
• Research market, consumer, and category trends to inform strategy.
