Job summary

Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the APAC Central Intelligence Analytics team within Finance. You will model business scenarios, track performance metrics, and provide senior management with insights used to drive strategic decisions.

You will lead projects to transform planning, tracking and reporting, partner with regional and global finance teams, and help scale automation through AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), business analyst, data analyst, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience with spreadsheets, leveraging AI toolsets and SQL for automation, data extraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end quota setting cycles for APAC sub-regions across products. Manage complex transitions, quota trading windows and resolve portfolio issues.
• Lead the production of leadership deliverables and executive revenue dashboards. Oversee the APAC OpEx budget and track regional investments.
• Maintain tracking and reporting for major growth initiatives, evaluating opportunities and maintaining scorecards.
• Modernize finance workflows by adopting Generative AI (GenAI) tools and reducing legacy systems.
