Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology, seeks an APAC HR leader to own the Singapore headquarters People agenda and regional APAC HR oversight. You will build scalable policies, governance, workforce planning, mobility, compensation, benefits, compliance, and analytics in collaboration with business and finance leaders.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of HR experience, strong Singapore law knowledge, and multi-jurisdiction exposure across APAC to drive a scalable, compliant people

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional APAC role in a multinational or tech company.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF and work pass framework, plus exposure to other APAC jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience across the HR spectrum: talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations and HRIS.
• Proven ability to build policies and processes in a scaling, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end people agenda for the Singapore headquarters and act as the regional APAC HR lead.
• Build scalable HR policies, governance and systems across multiple legal entities.
• Partner with business and finance leadership on workforce planning, cost and compliance.
• Translate business plans into an APAC people plan covering organisation design, headcount, capability and succession.
• Establish a harmonised APAC HR policy handbook with country addenda.
• Provide functional leadership to regional HR teams and ensure audit-ready records.
