APAC HRBP Lead — Strategy, Talent & Growth

Job summary

Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Lead, HRBP to serve as the senior-most People partner across APAC.

Based in Singapore, you’ll align People strategies with business priorities and support organizational health, leadership effectiveness and growth. You’ll partner with a broad client group across the Global Business Organization, engineering, product, design, marketing, and finance to shape the regional People agenda and scale thoughtfully in a complex APAC market.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience, including HRBP support for senior leaders.
• Experience supporting regional or international teams, ideally APAC.
• Strong track record advising on talent strategy, leadership development, and employee experience.
• Experience partnering with sales or other fast-paced commercial teams preferred.
• Data-informed insights and AI fluency with responsible data handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced credentials are a plus.
• Ability to operate calmly through ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into People strategies that support growth and effectiveness.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational health, leadership capability and employee experience.
• Lead APAC talent priorities: workforce planning, reviews, succession, development and performance.
• Design organization structure, decision-making clarity, and scalable operating models.
• Guide leaders through restructuring and change while balancing needs and risk.
• Champion inclusive employee experiences across APAC with ER and other teams.
• Connect regional leaders with global People strategies and Centers of Excellence.
• Use workforce data and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and governance in AI work.
• Help bring Pinterest’s culture and values to life across APAC in locally relevant ways.
