The ideal candidate will lead, scale, and govern a multi-office global operation, secure landmark partnerships, and steer high-level diplomacy with state and corporate actors in pursuit of zero-emission mobility and sustainable energy mandates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global environmental policy, clean energy transition, or international non-profit management.
• Proven track record as an Executive Director or C-suite equivalent with multi-office global operations.
• Documented portfolio of securing legislative changes in transport, carbon pricing, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the APAC hub in Singapore, overseeing cross-border teams.
• Manage multi-million dollar global budget with governance and risk controls.
• Lead international fundraising and partnerships to anchor regional operations.
• Drive strategies for decarbonization across transport, shipping, and aviation sectors.
