Job summary

Vantage is seeking an experienced regional Sustainability Director to lead APAC sustainability programs. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to align global strategy with local priorities and integrate sustainability into development and operations.

This role collaborates closely with the Global Sustainability COE to implement regional initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sustainability, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of influencing

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience embedding sustainability into large capital projects.
• Experience engaging customers on sustainability topics, including RFPs and audits.
• Strong communication and influence skills across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise APAC executives to embed sustainability into operations and drive change.
• Serve as SME guiding site selection, design, construction, procurement, and operations.
• Align with Global Sustainability COE to localize global initiatives.
• Set regional sustainability goals, roadmaps, and localize global programs.
• Support policy frameworks and engagement with communities and NGOs.
