Job summary

Vantage Data Centers APAC Pte. Ltd seeks a regional Sustainability Director to lead APAC sustainability programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to align global strategy with local priorities.

You will guide development decisions, engage stakeholders, and drive regional implementation with the Global Sustainability COE. The role focuses on setting regional sustainability goals, roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with market conditions, regulation, and customer needs, while supporting risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, or related fields with impact in multinational organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed sustainability into business operations and drive transformational change across APAC.
• Serve as regional SME guiding site selection, design, construction, procurement, and operations.
• Align with Global Sustainability COE to localize initiatives and set regional roadmaps.
• Lead regional sustainability goals, develop regional roadmaps, and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Advise leadership on sustainability risks (regulatory, climate, water, social responsibility) and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Public Policy to shape frameworks aligned with sustainability strategy.
• Engage communities, local government, and NGOs on environmental and social topics.
• Represent Vantage in customer engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership.
• Develop sustainability-related sales enablement content and respond to RFPs and audits.
