Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in key account management, sales or customer management in logistics or related services.
• Proven experience leading global key accounts across multiple countries; strong leadership and talent development.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and work in a matrix environment across Operations, Sales, Products, and Corporate teams.
• Strong account strategy, CRM, and performance drivers with focus on revenue retention and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable with cross-cultural markets; travel readiness.

Responsibilities
