Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in business, freight forwarding or related discipline.
• 8+ years of operational experience in global forwarding/logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders on region-wide operations and service matters.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to customers and management, driving improvements.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, policies and customer requirements.
• Analyze workflows and develop processes to improve service, efficiency and productivity.
• Investigate service failures, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Generate and distribute operational reports from local stations and internal systems.
• Monitor shipment movements and manage event reporting to ensure proactive resolution.
• Facilitate daily operational meetings and provide timely updates to customers.
• End-to-end monitoring of shipment status from order to delivery, maintaining SLAs.
• Coordinate direct deliveries and in-stock hub deliveries to data centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and reporting.
