Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Familiarity with AI tech and tools used in transaction banking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for APAC regional clients with treasury centers in Singapore.
• Provide end-to-end account management and escalation support for cash management products.
• Conduct regular service reviews using data to identify improvements.
• Communicate regulatory changes, product updates, and tech enhancements to clients.
• Educate clients on operational processes and product features.
• Maintain up-to-date client activity records.
• Leverage AI tools and data analysis to spot trends and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and deliver innovative solutions.
