Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in APAC is seeking a Credit Administration Associate to support new and existing credit facilities, ensuring compliance with credit policies and accurate limits setup. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored lending solutions and maintain high standards of client service.

You will contribute to process improvements, participate in regional and global projects, and help drive efficiency while supporting credit monitoring across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in credit administration.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing credit facilities for loan transactions across multiple business lines.
• Set up limits in credit (iCRD) and loan systems (Loan IQ).
• Review credit proposals to ensure compliance with facility documentation.
• Establish effective partnerships with the Credit team and other stakeholders.
• Maintain quality measures and data to meet client service standards.
• Monitor and adhere to credit policy developments, escalating queries as needed.
• Own, resolve, and eliminate exceptions, manage KPIs, and facilitate credit monitoring.
• Maintain a robust control environment and follow best practices to prevent control breaches.
• Participate in team, regional, and global projects to drive efficiency and streamline processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all credit administration tasks.
