Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks a Client Service Analyst in Global Banking Client Service to manage inquiries across payments and trade finance from triage through investigation and closure.

You will set client expectations, provide updates, coordinate with internal teams, and support trade finance servicing including LC text reviews. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to support clients across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in banking client service or operations.
• Knowledge of payments and treasury products and trade finance.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and time-bound tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case management across payments and trade finance inquiries.
• Set expectations with clients and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and meet SLAs.
• Support trade finance servicing, including LC and standby LC text review where applicable.
• Track and follow internal approvals to minimise delays.
• Log, update, and close cases in the case management tool.
• Identify root causes and implement fixes to reduce repeat inquiries.
• Promote adoption of self-service tools to improve client experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and controls enhancements.
• Apply risk and controls mindset and escalate concerns as needed.
