Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a General Manager for APAC, anchoring Singapore as the regional hub. You will own P&L, build the market from the ground up, and lead strategy across APAC in collaboration with global leadership.

You will recruit and develop GM-level talent, manage sponsor relationships, and drive performance against ambitious regional goals. Travel across APAC will be required (25%+). This is a founding seat with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Must have prior GM/ Country Manager or equivalent P&L ownership experience.
• Background in healthcare, clinical research, CRO, or life sciences is required.
• Experience hiring and developing other GMs or senior operators.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC P&L and regional performance across markets.
• Build Singapore clinical trial infrastructure and partner hospital networks.
• Design and roll out a regional hub-and-spoke operating model.
• Shape country-specific operating models and cadence.
