Job summary

Iterative Health is launching APAC operations with Singapore as the regional hub, and you will lead strategy, buildout, and scaling of the regional footprint. You will own APAC P&L, build out the Singapore site network, and drive sponsor and hospital relationships to accelerate clinical research across GI, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology.

Qualifications

• Prior GM/Country Manager experience with P&L responsibility.
• Background in healthcare, clinical research, CRO, or life sciences.
• Experience building markets from scratch and hiring senior operators.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC P&L and regional buildout across markets.
• Establish Singapore hub, sponsor and hospital relationships for trials.
• Lead hub-and-spoke regional model and operating cadence.
• Shape org structure, systems, and processes for scale.
