Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Singapore seeks a General Manager Neuromodulation APAC to lead the business across the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience within the medical device industry, preferably Class III devices.
• Proven experience managing a regional P&L and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to grow market share and lead in competitive healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multicultural, and matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across APAC and internationally (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop APAC market understanding, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory environments.
• Lead APAC P&L and drive sustainable growth.
• Define and execute growth strategy for APAC region.
• Translate strategy into regional plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, HR, Legal, and IT.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and policymakers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
