Confidential is seeking a Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC) to lead growth strategy and drive profitability across the region through franchise partners. Based in Singapore, you will guide a multi-functional regional team, ensure brand standards and operational excellence, and execute corporate initiatives within APAC.

Formación

• 12–15 years of experience in multi-unit consumer-facing businesses and franchising
• BCom degree or equivalent
• Experience with franchisor models across multiple countries
• Proven track record in growing brands and profitability
• Strong analytical and confidentiality skills

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes the regional strategy and annual business plan across Asia Pacific.
• Oversees franchise partners to ensure brand standards, profitability and growth targets.
• Drives system sales, EBITDA and KPI improvements through franchise partner collaboration.
• Leads regional team development, succession planning and performance reviews.
• Represents APAC in global leadership discussions and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Training to overcome market obstacles.
