FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Healthcare Practice Lead to build and scale the Healthcare Center of Excellence across APAC. This role carries full ownership of revenue growth, capability development, and large transformation programs.

You will lead executive-level engagements with CIOs and health authorities, shape RFPs and pricing, and oversee complex multi-country deployments, ensuring regulatory and data privacy compliance while driving customer value

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in Healthcare IT consulting or system integration.
• Proven leadership experience managing Healthcare practice or vertical.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth track record.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with AI, analytics, and digital health innovation.

Aufgaben

• Own the Healthcare P&L (APAC) with multi-million USD revenue growth and forecastable pipeline.
• Lead C-suite advisory conversations with CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, and healthcare executives; shape deals, RFPs, and pricing strategies.
• Lead large-scale healthcare transformations across HIS/EMR, revenue cycle, digital patient engagement, data & AI, and cloud modernization.
• Provide governance and delivery oversight; ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction across APAC.
