Job summary

Tradition is appointing an experienced FX Sales Trader to grow coverage of non-bank clients across FX markets in Singapore and the APAC region. The role focuses on originating relationships, delivering market colour, pricing and execution support.

Successful candidates will have front-office FX experience, strong market knowledge, and a proven ability to develop commercial client relationships while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in FX sales or front-office markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, pricing and execution.
• Experience covering non-bank institutional clients.
• Ability to develop commercial relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with non-bank FX clients in Singapore and APAC.
• Originate new business and build a sustainable client pipeline.
• Provide clients with market colour, pricing and execution support across FX products.
• Understand client trading strategies and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client activity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Deepwell and Tradition for cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of FX market developments and client relevance.
• Ensure activity complies with compliance and regulatory requirements.
