Job summary

Tradition is seeking an experienced FX Sales Trader to develop non-bank client coverage across FX markets in Singapore and broader APAC. The role focuses on originated business, client relationships, and providing high-quality market coverage, pricing and execution.

The candidate will work front-office, driving revenue while ensuring compliance with regulatory onboarding and internal procedures. Strong market knowledge and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in FX sales or front-office markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, pricing, and execution.
• Experience servicing non-bank institutional, professional or corporate clients.
• Ability to originate and develop commercial client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, revenue-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with non-bank FX clients in Singapore and APAC.
• Originate new business and build a sustainable client pipeline.
• Provide clients with market colour, pricing and execution support across FX products.
• Understand client trading strategies, requirements and areas of market interest.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client activity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Deepwell and Tradition to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of FX market developments and regulatory requirements.
