Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Solution Director to own end-to-end solution design and delivery across APAC, with accountability for feasibility and defensible assumptions. You’ll lead requirement gathering, validate technical scope, and work across engineering, sustainability, finance, and operations SMEs to ensure compliant, deliverable proposals.

You will partner with Sales and Delivery to align pricing, SLAs, and transition handover, while supporting the APAC

Qualifications

• Hands-on IFM operational experience is required.
• 5–7 years in IFM or CRE operations with solution-authorship experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments across APAC pursuits.
• Design organizational structures, metrics, and processes aligned with client scope, SLAs and KPIs.
• Review proposals for technical accuracy, completeness and deliverability before client submission.
• Develop RFP narratives with validated pricing assumptions and write-ups of benefits and differentiation.
• Lead solution design presentations with Sales Leads during client sessions and present to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with pricing to map headcount and scope to pricing, ensuring defensible delivery handover.
