Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Professional Architect registration preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in architectural design, design management, and project delivery for infrastructure fit-out or newbuild projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide technical advice on architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and development plans to ensure compliance.
• Act as the primary Client Representative for architectural engineering matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support design and construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs, codes, and standards.
• Identify potential design, coordination, and construction issues early and provide mitigation.
• Coordinate with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, EHS, Security, and external teams to align project objectives.
