Qualifications

• Hands-on IFM operational experience
• 5-10 years in IFM or CRE operations with solution-authorship
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments for assigned pursuits.
• Design organizational structures, metrics, and processes aligned with client scope, SLAs and KPIs.
• Assess technical feasibility of scope changes with delivery teams and replan resources.
