Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an Executive Sourcing Manager to lead senior talent acquisition across APAC, building pipelines for Partner-level roles through market intelligence, research, and innovative sourcing.

You will partner with Executive Recruiters and business leaders to influence talent strategies, headhunt passive candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience across Technology, Consulting, and Professional Services in the region.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in executive search or leadership recruiting.
Experience engaging VP/Partner/C-suite.
Cross-border APAC experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead executive talent mapping across APAC.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage senior leadership.
Build and manage diverse executive talent pipelines for critical roles.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to influence talent strategies.
Represent Accenture's brand to headhunt passive talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Coach recruiters on advanced search techniques and research methodologies.
Present market insights to senior stakeholders across APAC markets.
