Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Singapore seeks a Recruiting Senior Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Platinion and BCG X APAC, focusing on SE Asia. You will manage stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, and onboarding in the region.

You will mentor a team of recruiters, drive regional sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines for current and future roles, while upholding global best practices and a client-centric, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement.
• Indicatively 8+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in software engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Understanding of market talent pools, sourcing channels and compensation benchmarks.
• Experience with ATS systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional talent acquisition strategy and regional initiatives.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across APAC regions and multiple capabilities.
• Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing through diverse channels.
• Coach recruiters and collaborate with HR and regional Platinion/BCG X teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role profiles and hiring plans.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in time-to-hire and quality of hire.
