Job summary

BCG Expand in Singapore is seeking an EA / Sales Coordinator to support the Managing Director for APAC, coordinating campaigns, calendars, and CRM data.

You will manage complex diaries, draft outreach materials, and coordinate travel across Asia, while ensuring accurate pipeline and documentation for banking and financial clients. Fluency in Japanese is required for JP-focused engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Executive Assistant, Team PA, or sales support
• Proficient with CRM systems and managing client-facing processes
• Strong diary management for senior stakeholders
• Excellent written English and professional communication
• Fluency in Japanese essential for Japan-based clients
• Experience handling multi-country scheduling in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Organise and run outbound campaigns by country across Asia using LinkedIn Navigator
• Draft outreach messages and track responses through to follow-up
• Maintain accurate regional sales pipeline and upcoming engagements
• Manage Managing Director’s diary and daily priorities
• Prepare meeting briefs and ensure MD has context and materials for client engagements
• Coordinate travel itineraries and meeting schedules within the region
• Keep CRM up to date with contacts, deal stages, and pipeline status
• Draft and tailor proposals, contracts, and regional sales paperwork
• Generate reports to support sales planning and reviews
