Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a senior business development professional to drive origination across APAC environmental commodity markets. The role focuses on developing relationships with corporates, utilities and market participants, identifying trading opportunities and expanding commercial networks across the region.

The successful candidate will monitor market trends and regulatory developments, working with regional and global teams to support trading activities and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commodities, energy, trading or environmental markets.
• Proven experience in sales, trading, origination or business development.
• Established network and market knowledge across APAC, particularly Southeast Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently develop new business.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and origination across APAC environmental commodity markets.
• Develop and manage relationships with counterparties, including corporates, utilities and market participants.
• Identify, negotiate and execute trading opportunities across regional markets.
• Build new business pipelines and expand existing commercial networks.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Work closely with regional and global teams to support trading activities and business growth.
