Job summary

ACT Group seeks a dynamic professional to grow its renewable energy asset portfolio across APAC. You will identify asset owners, onboard facilities for REC registries, and propose commercial arrangements for ACT to manage and monetise RECs.

The role blends business development, negotiations, and project coordination across multiple APAC markets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in power/ESG, strong English, and proven ability to build relationships with asset owners and developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Energy, Environmental, Electricity, or Business.
2 years of experience in power sector, ESG, solar project development or EPC sales.
Experience in business development, renewable energy, environmental commodities, or power markets.
Existing relationships with renewable energy asset owners or APAC stakeholders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage renewable energy asset owners and project developers across APAC.
Educate asset owners on REC registration and ACT's capabilities.
Develop commercial structures and negotiate terms for REC management and offtake.
Coordinate asset onboarding and REC registration with registries.
Collaborate with trading and front-office teams to align REC demand and supply.
Monitor markets and formulate market-entry strategies for APAC regions.
