Gunvor Group seeks a Power Origination Analyst to support the Head of APAC Power Trading and Origination in originating, analysing, structuring and executing power and energy transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will own defined opportunities, lead counterparty discussions and develop market relationships with traders and internal stakeholders.

You will originate opportunities across renewable energy, storage, and environmental products, building pricing and risk

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Gas, Renewables or Power trading.
• Strong understanding of wholesale power markets and market fundamentals.
• Experience negotiating term sheets and transaction execution.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with models for power pricing.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support APAC power origination strategy and maintain an active counterparty pipeline.
• Originate and evaluate opportunities across renewable energy, storage, and environmental products.
• Lead negotiations on term sheets and support transaction execution.
• Develop relationships with generators, developers, utilities, and investors.
• Prepare market analyses, proposals, and materials documenting terms and risk.
• Build and maintain pricing and risk models for portfolio management.
• Provide analytic support for hedging, risk assessment, and monetisation.
• Ensure compliance with risk, governance, and internal controls.
