Job summary

ALGOSSIAN is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to run two to three enterprise engagements end to end across APAC. You will scope, cadence, risk, and commercials while guiding difficult conversations that keep programmes honest.

You will own delivery for concurrent engagements from statement of work through steady-state support, run the weekly rhythm, protect engineering focus, manage commercials and lead retrospectives that deliver real changes.

Qualifications

• Six or more years delivering software programmes, including at least three in a client-facing role.
• Technical background sufficient to challenge estimates and understand architecture trade-offs.
• Track record with fixed-scope and time-and-materials commercial models.
• Excellent stakeholder management up to executive level, with clear written status communication.
• Comfort saying no early, with a reasoned alternative attached.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for concurrent engagements, from statement of work through to steady-state support.
• Run the weekly rhythm: measurable progress, an honest risk register and no surprises at the steering committee.
• Protect engineering focus — negotiate scope and sequencing rather than passing pressure straight through.
• Manage commercials: burn, margin, change requests and forecast accuracy.
• Lead retrospectives that produce two or three real changes rather than a list of sentiments.
