Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an APAC Network Delivery Execution professional to coordinate multi-team projects within Core Technology Infrastructure. This role focuses on portfolio management and ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget while aligning with the bank's objectives.

The candidate will lead communications across time zones, manage risks, and maintain end-to-end visibility for stakeholders and leadership, with emphasis on governance and change control.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• - 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
• - Experience in portfolio management or within banking/financial services is a plus.
• - Proficient with project management principles and methodologies (waterfall and Agile).
• - Experience using Jira for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Provides status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership (delivery, risks, issues, schedule).
• Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with requirements.
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the portfolio, aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop project plans including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Monitor budgets and expenses.
