Job summary

BreadTalk Group is seeking a Delivery Manager for Asia Pacific to coordinate project deliveries across the region and secure global service via partner networks. You will oversee AI project rollouts, trainings, and implementation schedules, working with the internal delivery team and a global partnership program.

The role focuses on driving workshops, aligning IT with business needs, and delivering high-quality store openings globally while maintaining agility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Advocate of Technical Delivery methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM & KANBAN).
• Broad understanding of store infrastructure, IT SDLC and operations, and deployment techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to delegate and manage multiple activities at once.
• Contributes to discussions, actions and projects; responds to requests for information, suggestions and assistance.
• Work with internal and external teams to foster a business-oriented culture aligning IT with business goals.
• Practical experience with facilitating and driving AI training workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the rollout and store openings globally in a timely manner with the delivery team.
• Drive project workshops, discussions and meetings; coordinate with IT project team; engage in system performance reviews and regional roadmap planning.
• Develop understanding of business needs by building relationships with business owners and share with IT teams.
• Plan roadmaps in conjunction with business owners and IT management.
• Balance agility with reliability; ensure deliveries are timely and high quality.
