Job summary

Cognizant in Singapore seeks an Engagement Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for large ADM/AMS portfolios in the Public Sector, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, governance, and client satisfaction.

You will manage government client relationships, governance forums, SLAs/KPIs, RAID, and P&L, leading onshore/offshore teams and cross-functional service lines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant IT services delivery experience (12+ years).
• Experience delivering ADM/AMS for Public Sector/government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large ADM/AMS engagements for Public Sector clients.
• Oversee SLAs/KPIs, RAID, and change/release management across multi-workstream programs.
• Own delivery governance disciplines: workplan, milestones, and program health reporting.
• Lead service transition and transformation initiatives, onboarding new applications and knowledge transfer.
