Job summary

Qlik is looking for a Director/Senior Director for Customer Success APAC in Singapore, who will lead strategic efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will provide leadership across functions like Customer Success Management and Professional Services, working collaboratively with a high-caliber, global team to drive customer success outcomes and enhance customer advocacy.

This role requires substantial experience in customer success, strong commercial orientation, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in customer success, services, or enterprise consulting.
• Proven leadership across multi-country teams in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success outcomes across the APAC region.
• Collaborate closely with regional RVPs and Sales leaders.
• Act as the accountable leader for all RVPs and Geo Leaders in APAC.
