Evolution Singapore is seeking a Sales Director to lead APAC enterprise sales in the core crypto and digital asset ecosystem. This senior, individual-contributor role focuses on developing new opportunities, managing complex cycles, and expanding existing relationships with institutional clients.

You will drive new customer acquisition across APAC, build a strong pipeline, engage C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with GTM teams to position secure, scalable digital asset infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise/institutional sales.
• Strong network within APAC digital asset ecosystem.
• Ability to close multi-million deals with C-suite.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive.

Responsabilités

• Drive new customer acquisition across APAC.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Proactively identify and prospect into target accounts.
• Leverage existing relationships across the digital asset ecosystem.
• Build relationships with C-level and senior commercial decision-makers.
• Run complex, consultative sales processes from discovery through to close.
• Understand client requirements and position the appropriate technology and solutions.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies.
• Work closely with BDR, Sales Engineering and wider GTM teams.
• Continue developing and expanding customer relationships after the initial sale.
