Job summary

BitGo is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Singapore to nurture relationships with institutional clients across APAC. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Product and Support to maximize adoption and long-term value, guiding clients through complex deployments and ensuring renewal and growth opportunities.

You will work cross-functionally, leveraging data and strategic reviews to align objectives, drive satisfaction, and mitigate churn in a fast-growing digital asset ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or related tech/financial services roles.
• Proven ability to guide customers through complex transitions as a trusted advisor.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing high-value portfolios and driving renewals/upsells.
• Excellent communication with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital asset custody is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated advisor to institutional clients in BitGo APAC region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
• Develop tailored success strategies with client goals and KPIs.
• Conduct regular reviews to align on objectives and platforms enhancements.
• Use usage data to drive adoption and value realization.
• Lead strategic business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineering for onboarding and activation.
