Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an Account Director for APAC Sales in Singapore to manage and grow key client relationships, drive revenue, and strategically position Hitachi solutions to meet client objectives.

You will lead engagements with C-level executives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continually identify new business opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management or sales in technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Understand client objectives and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Hitachi's products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Hitachi's footprint.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, professional services, and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Act as client advocate and address issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and forecasts to senior management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
