Job summary

Meta in Singapore seeks an AI Enablement Manager (APAC) to drive AI proficiency across SMBG and scale enablement programs. You will design role-based curricula, implement AI-powered workflows, and govern content quality while aligning regional APAC needs with global priorities.

You will collaborate with AI product teams, Sales Ops, and regional sellers to deliver measurable behavior change, manage demand signals, and accelerate adoption across Mid-Market and Small Business segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years in sales enablement or related roles.
• 2+ years applying AI, automation, or technology-driven approaches to scale enablement.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption strategy across SMBG, driving proficiency to AI-native operations.
• Design and deliver AI enablement programs with role-based curricula and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance for content and knowledge management in AI enablement
• Build personalized content delivery based on role, region, and segment
• Coordinate cross-channel enablement to avoid tool fragmentation
• Provide regional APAC enablement leadership and feedback to global teams
