Job summary

Caliber8 Pte Ltd is seeking a Director of Employee Relations for the APAC region. The role will advise leaders and HR partners on sensitive employee matters, promote fair and consistent practices, and support the resolution of complex cases across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will lead regional ER efforts, partner with legal and HR teams, and drive policy development while ensuring rigorous confidentiality and high professional standards across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations within a multinational environment.
• Ability to advise on complex and sensitive matters across markets.
• Strong understanding of employment practices across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary issues across APAC.
• Manage sensitive cases from assessment to resolution with documentation and confidentiality.
• Coach leaders and HR partners on handling difficult conversations.
• Advise on local employment requirements in collaboration with in-country HR and legal teams.
• Identify risks and recommend practical steps to address them.
• Support development and consistent application of regional policies and case management practices.
• Review case trends and share insights to improve employee experience.
