Job summary

Danaher is seeking a seasoned APAC Labor & Employee Relations Leader to design and operationalize the APAC LER strategy across multiple markets, reporting to the VP & Chief Counsel, L&E. The role requires partnering with Legal, HR, and business leaders to enable priorities while managing risk and ensuring a fair workplace.

Location is Singapore or Kuala Lumpur, on-site, with travel up to 20-30%. You will lead governance, playbooks, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated life

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in labor and employee relations across APAC.
• 4+ years of people leadership with remote teams.
• Experience leading ER investigations and related documentation.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC LER governance, strategy, and operating model.
• Establish regional LER service delivery models and playbooks.
• Drive operational excellence with SLAs, KPIs, and analytics.
• Partner with L&E Legal and HR leaders on high-risk matters.
• Serve as regional SME for organizational change initiatives.
• Monitor APAC labor law developments and translate into policies.
• Foster fair, compliant workplace culture; develop APAC LER talent.
