Job summary

Intuition Publishing is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Asia-Pacific, with focus on BFSI clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Based in Singapore, you will lead market opportunities with our e-learning and professional services portfolio.

You will prospect, qualify, and close deals, develop strategic relationships, and coordinate with product and services teams to deliver blended learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years’ experience in e-learning or classroom sales.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Developing existing accounts from regional/global client base.
• Executing sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying, closing opportunities.
• Delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects.
• Developing accreditation and regulatory channels for learning solutions.
• Leveraging industry contacts to drive business development initiatives.
• Evaluating competition, market trends, and opportunities for growth in APAC.
• Liaising with senior management to define opportunities and optimize solutions.
• Utilizing commercial acumen to define and maximize opportunities.
• Attendance of networking events and travel to clients as needed.
